Custom Fabricator

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
  • The primary focus of this position includes TIG welding of fabricated parts and components in a range of material including titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.
 
SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED:
  • Must have exceptional skills in the welding process of a variety of material including titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.
  • Possess a technical know-how of welding equipment and be able to weld components in various directions and positions.
  • Able to produce welds that are perfect structurally and cosmetically.
  • Fabrication skills, the ability to make and utilize existing jigs, take measurements and use equipment such as saws, drill presses, metal-brakes and other tools.
  • Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively.
 
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
  • Candidates must be able to perform each given duty satisfactorily while maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
 
A background in motorsports and automotive technology is a plus.

Shop Hand

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
  • This is an entry level position where you will help maintain cleanliness in our facility, cleaning various engine components, running errands, strapping cars on the dyno, preparing cars for delivery; essentially anything we ask for you to do without damaging any of the cars or the surrounding premises. While this may not be the most glamorous job, it is a good way to get into the company and the possibility of moving into another department is very likely. You must be someone who knows and understands the basics when it comes to cars, can multi-task without forgetting stuff, have common sense and capable of staying organized and completing tasks in a timely fashion.
 
SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED:
  • Empty all trash cans daily 
  • Clean dyno room, shop and bathrooms
  • Pick up and deliver parts and shop supplies
  • Perform any additional misc. duties as required and assigned by service manager
  • Prepare cars for delivery 
  • Maintain the shipping warehouse through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis.
  • Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
  • Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
  • Ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
 
Requirements:
  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be a self-starter/motivated to work without constant supervision
  • Have a reliable form of transportation
  • Fork lift operation experience is a plus
