Start by placing the spring back into the perch like so.

Next place the plate back in place.

Now place the actuator back in place and make sure that the spring sits inside the notch on the actuator.

You will notice because of the spring that one side requires pressure to sit flush. To make install easier tighten the two opposite sides as much as possible without fully tightening. 

Now squeeze the last corner down and screw in the last nut.
