The Boost Logic 2500X represents the absolute pinnacle of stock location turbo development for the Nissan R35 GT-R. Designed for customers who refuse to choose between extreme power and a functional street car, the 2500X places massive PTE Sportsman frame turbochargers within the factory engine-bay architecture while retaining air conditioning, power steering, and the core functionality that makes the R35 such an incredible platform.

Fitting turbochargers of this size into the stock location required far more than simply enlarging an existing system. The entire package was engineered from the ground up using advanced 3D metal printing technology, allowing Boost Logic to create manifold geometry, transitions, brackets, compressor outlets, and supporting components that would be nearly impossible to manufacture using traditional fabrication methods.

The result is an exceptionally compact system with the airflow capacity required for some of the most powerful GT-Rs in the world.

At the heart of the 2500X system are purpose-built 3D-printed turbo manifolds designed to maximize exhaust energy and efficiently feed the oversized turbine housings. Additive manufacturing gives us complete control over runner geometry, collector transitions, wall thickness, and component placement, allowing every section of the system to be optimized for both flow and fitment.

Custom 3D-printed turbo support brackets securely position the larger Sportsman frame turbochargers, while printed compressor outlets create a smooth, unrestricted path out of the compressors. Every component serves a purpose, and every available millimeter of space has been utilized to create a package that delivers maximum performance without abandoning the factory layout.

The standard configuration begins with PTE Next Gen 6885 turbochargers, providing the airflow required for truly extreme power levels. Additional turbo options are available for customers looking to tailor the system around a specific horsepower target, engine combination, racing class, or intended use, including 7685, 8085, 8385, 8685, Next Gen R 5885.

In properly prepared combinations, the Boost Logic 2500X platform is capable of producing more than 2,500 wheel horsepower and has already proven itself with six-second quarter-mile performance. Despite its immense capability, the system retains the factory-position architecture and essential street-car amenities, making it possible to build an R35 that delivers world-class acceleration without completely sacrificing the experience of driving the car outside the track.

Recirculating and non-recirculating wastegate configurations allow the system to be tailored to the customer’s preferred combination of sound, packaging, and intended use. Additional options including: powder coating, frame notching components, and downpipe crossbolts—allow each system to be further configured around the individual build.
